Welcome to The High Table Vault (“The High Table”). The High Table is a private, members-only platform designed for affluent individuals to buy, sell, find, and auction high-ticket luxury items. We specialize in exclusive items that are either the first, last, or only of their kind, ensuring rarity and uniqueness. The High Table is managed by Rich Celenza, a renowned entrepreneur, and his esteemed team.

2. Membership and Registration

Membership to The High Table is by invitation only. Prospective members must complete a registration form, providing their name, email, and a confidential password. The privacy and anonymity of members are of utmost importance, and no member’s identity will be publicly displayed. Only The High Table’s trusted team can manage and update member information.

3. Buying and Selling

Members have the exclusive privilege of purchasing items listed on The High Table. Non-members may sell items through the platform, subject to a rigorous approval process by The High Table team. Non-members’ items accepted for listing will not grant them membership. If a member expresses interest in a non-member’s item, our team will facilitate communication, and the member will be responsible for further negotiations and transactions.

4. Commission and Fees

Sellers are charged a commission on sold items, with the amount to be agreed upon, payable within three days of the sale. Members incur no charges. There are no fees for listing items. For auctioned items, the same agreed-upon commission applies to sellers, with no fees for members.

5. Auction Platform

The High Table will introduce an auction platform, allowing both members and non-members to sell items. Sellers set an opening bid, and there are no fees for listing items in the auction. Our team will notify sellers of successful bids, and members will then initiate contact with sellers to finalize transactions.

6. Concierge Service

The Concierge Service, exclusively for members, provides quick responses to inquiries about The High Table operations. This service includes assistance with various needs such as hospitality, entertainment, shopping, and travel.

7. Role of The High Table and Transaction Responsibility

The High Table and its team operate solely as connectors, facilitating introductions between members and sellers. We are not responsible for any transactions, including money exchanged or the outcome of any agreements between members and sellers. The High Table Vault does not act as brokers and cannot be held liable for the financial aspects, authenticity, condition, or legalities of any item. All members and non-members are fully responsible for conducting their own due diligence and must independently manage and finalize their transactions.

8. Legal Compliance and Item Authenticity

Only legally permissible items will be listed. Sellers are responsible for the authenticity and value of their items. The High Table does not provide appraisals or set prices. Members should verify authenticity independently.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

The identity of member/buyers remains confidential in transactions. Sellers are prohibited from soliciting other products to members, and members cannot request information about other products from sellers.

10. Marketing and Affiliations

Affiliates and marketers can introduce potential sellers to The High Table and will receive a commission for successful transactions. Marketers can source buyers outside The High Table community and will receive a commission for successful sales. Affiliates must be 18 years or older, while members must be at least 21 years old.

11. Networking and Partnerships

The High Table collaborates with various professionals and businesses to expand its network, including realtors, mortgage brokers, art galleries, auction houses, moving companies, and more. These partnerships help in sourcing and selling high-ticket items.

12. Honor System

The High Table operates on an honor system, minimizing the need for extensive paperwork and contracts. However, email communication can serve as documentation if needed. Members, affiliates, and marketers are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and fairness.
